Shipping Information

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.  Unless otherwise stated, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.  Some items may take up to 5-10 business days to print, package, and ship.  Orders containing multiple products may ship separately. 

Returns/Exchanges Policy

If an item is eligible for returns or exchanges it will be listed in the product description and will be accepted while quantities last.  Items must be received within 30 days of original delivery receipt, unworn, and in their original condition.  Returns/exchanges are not accepted for items printed on demand.  

To initiate a return/exchange please complete the Returns/Exchanges form below.

Misprinted/damaged/defective claims should be sent to: coutureinclinic@gmail.com. Please include your order number, name, email, and a description of the issue. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. 

There are no refunds/exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong address, or wrong size so be sure to read all descriptions and order the right sized product. :)

Lost Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered Couture in Clinic is no longer held responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing goods. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
